REFUND POLICY

Tatiana Noir NYC LLC is aware of how difficult it may be to place an online order. Our aim is to deliver a smooth and delightful purchasing experience for you. Please be aware that we have a strict refund policy.

Refunds can be made, within 1 day of receiving your order. Order must be shipped back to address on the shipping label. Tatiana Noir NYC must be notified within the same day of receiving your order. Orders that are manipulated will not be accepted.

Refunds would be made after Tatiana Noir NYC receives the return order and undergoes a review.

If refund is granted, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from original payment method. 

Exchanges can be made within 5 days of receiving order. Order that are manipulated will not be accepted. The order must be in original packaging. Customer is liable for all shipping costs, for exchanges. If an exchange is granted, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from original payment method
